1. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email after placing the order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Timeframe
- Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or festive seasons.
3. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
- Some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable. In such cases, our customer support team will contact you to discuss alternatives.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 (depending on order size and location) will apply to orders below the free-shipping threshold.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), if applicable, may carry an additional handling charge.
5. Packaging & Safety
All products are carefully packed to ensure safety and freshness. We use tamper-proof and eco-friendly packaging to maintain the quality of Buransh Elixir during transit.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.
- You can track your shipment through our website or the courier partner's tracking page.
7. Delays in Delivery
While we ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier/logistics issues, strikes, or natural causes beyond our control. In such cases, we request your patience and assure you that our team will do its best to resolve the issue at the earliest.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aatreyelixir.com or call our customer care. We may request photographs or unboxing videos to investigate and process replacements.
9. Change of Shipping Address
Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, we cannot guarantee changes in delivery details.
